Facts and Figures
Exhibition is held Astana and Almaty by turns, what allow ensuring wider territory coverage of Kazakhstan participants and visitors.
Over 100 companies, representing thefull transport infrastructure and equipment annually participate in the event.
In 2008, companies from 12 countries participated in Transit-TransKazakhstan Exhibition.
Exhibition 2008 Opening Ceremony was headed by Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Official Delegation of Heads of Transport Ministries of Azerbaijan, Iran, Lithuania, Mongolia, Pakistan, Russia, and Tajikistan also attended the Ceremony.
Republican State Enterprises, representing whole transport infrastructure such as: Aktau International Trade Sea Port, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, Kazaeronavigatsia and others have been annually participating in the Event.

Advertising campaign
Every year, the organisers perform a large-scale work aimed at attracting specialist visitors by:
- Direct mail by post, fax and e-mail of 10,000 invitations via the special data base
- Calls to potential visitors with personal invitation to exhibition
- Advertising, publications and invitations in specialised local and international mass media, web-resources, etc.
- Placing advertising banners and billboards in city center.
