4-day Turkestan Pilgrimage Tour to the places related to the name of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi one of the most respected in the Islamic World of sufis and poets. Within the tour to the South of Kazakhstan, travelers will visit Turkestan, an old capital of Kazakh Khanate where one can see Islamic architectural complexes and in the first of all the grand mausoleum of Ahmed Yasawi. Tour itinerary:
Transfer to the Railway station to get a night train departing to Turkestan ( 23:46 – 13:13+1). Overnight at the train.
Arrival at Turkestan at 13:13. Meet your guide with the driver to start sightseeing tour. You will visit «Azret-Sultan» historical and architectural complex, Khoja Ahmed Yasawi Mausoleum and Turkestan ancient settlement, where you will feel like you have been transferred back in time. In continuation of the tour, a tour of the largest tourist complex in Central Asia – «Karavansaray». From the moment you plunge into the enchanting atmosphere of the complex «Karavansaray», you will find yourself in a fascinating fairy tale glorifying the great history, culture and eternal romance of Kazakhstan. If you wish can visit the only 8D cinema in Kazakhstan «Altyn Samruk», or go boating. Transfer to the hotel. Check in and overnight.

Early in the morning transfer to Shymkent. On the way visiting of Arystan-Bab (Khoja Ahmed Yasawi's teacher's mausoleum) and Otrar town excavations. Arrival to Shymkent. The rest of the day excursion to Sayram village: «Ibragim-Ata» mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi's father; «Kharashash-Ana» mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi's mother; Middle ages minaret. After lunch continue excursion to Kemekalgan village - so called “forgiving sins «Adam&Eve” cliffs», stone made statues of animals, water from healing springs. In the evening transfer to Shymkent Railway station to get a night train back to Almaty (19:45 – 06:47+1). Overnight at the train.
