This year food sale on the beaches of Issyk-Kul will be prohibited. If one wishes to have a bite on the fresh air, will have to bring food with themselves and not depend on the vendors on the beaches of the resorts.
According to the opinions of the Kyrgyz officials, this ban will help to decrease the amount of food-poisoning cases. The street food is usually prepared and sold on the beaches without abiding the regulations of sanitary and hygienic norms.
