One day-tour to Issyk-Kul Lake and Burana Tower will open up beautiful landscapes and historical places of Kyrgyzstan. You will visit the Burana Tower, a large minaret built in the ancient city of Balasagun, during the Karakhanids rule and enjoy the time near the alpine lake – Issyk-Kul. In addition, you will see thousands petroglyphs in Cholpon-Ata. You can combine a cultural trip with the breathtaking views of Issyk-Kul.
Tour itinerary:
At 9.00 start the trip to Issyk-Kul Lake from Bishkek. First stop is at Burana tower, historical complex, which marks the original site of the Karakhanid town, Balasagun. Continue driving to Issyk-Kul Lake. On arrival you will visit an open air museum of petroglyphs in Cholpon-Ata. Free time near the lake. Transfer to Bishkek. End of the tour.
