The Beskala Yurt Camp is situated on the western shore of the Aral Sea, perched on one of the ledges of the Ustyurt Plateau. Reaching the camp requires traveling nearly 140 kilometers on dirt roads from the nearest town, Muynak. From the camp, the current shoreline of the Aral Sea is about 3 kilometers away, a distance that increases by several meters each year.

Thanks to its elevated location, the camp offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Aral Sea. At dawn, guests can witness the sunrise over the shimmering blue waters. Depending on the number of visitors, the camp can accommodate up to 15 yurts, each designed for 2–4 people. These yurts are constructed using traditional techniques and eco-friendly materials, decorated in the Karakalpak folk style. They are furnished with low beds, a set of blankets, and, in some cases, stoves and dining tables. Staying at Beskala Yurt Camp is more than just an overnight stop - it is an immersive cultural experience where every detail of the interior reflects ancient traditions.

Beskala Yurt Camp follows eco-friendly principles and is committed to sustainable tourism. No concrete structures are built here, and all resources, including water, fuel, and food, are used efficiently to minimize environmental impact. The camp’s philosophy is not just to avoid harming nature but to actively contribute to its preservation.

The camp features a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with local cuisine, along with four toilets and two showers. Guests can also enjoy a small outdoor cinema, organized board games and contests, and a central fire pit with benches for a cozy evening under the stars. Everything is designed to offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life and provide a true digital detox.
