In 2012 it is planned to create tourism and recreational zones in the mountainous regions of Nanay, Kosonsay and Chust of the Namangan region.
To preserve the historical monuments in Namangan it is planned to restore the Hoja Amin Kabri complex, Otavalihon Tur Mosque, Mullah Kyrgyz Madrassah. Also it is planned to enlarge and reconstruct Namangan hotels: S-Namangan for 50 seats, Turkistan for 40 seats, Istiqlol for 20 seats and Saydana for 20 seats.
