On 13 April 2013 a culinary championship “Kabob Bayrami” will take place in the territory of the trout farm “Khon Balik”, Bostanlyk district, Tashkent region, from 10:00 a.m. to 04 p.m. - the Chefs Association of Uzbekistan reported to Advantour. Fifteen teams each representing its own mount with a chargrill and table to cook culinary masterpieces will participate in the championship. The work will be assessed by an independent authoritative jury consisting of Uzbekistan’s best cooks and experts from World Association of Chefs Societies. In addition, a number of master-classes and bright show for the guests where culinary maitres will compete for the title of honor “Cook of the Year” will be held as part of “Kabob Bayrami” championship.
