The 6th Congress for people with special needs “Ferqli Ferdler” will be held offline on 29 June 2024. The Producer of the “Ferqli Ferdler” Congress is a person with autism, head of the Project for support of people with Aspergers’s syndrome and autism “Autistic City” Antonina Steynberg.

Discussions will be attended by leading experts from Azerbaijan, Israel, Russia, Turkey, USA and will cover the following areas:
