After a walk through Borjomi’s beautiful Central Park, you will experience the pristine alpine slopes of Bakuriani during three nights in relaxed, enchanting chalet-style comfort. The craggy peaks of Gudauri, your next stop, are coated in fresh, powdery snow perfect for endless runs or simply enjoying the view while sipping a hot drink.
Tour itinerary:
Arrive to Kutaisi international airport. Meet with our driver and depart towards the famous skiing resort of Bakuriani. On the way, make a stop in Borjomi, the town famous for its healing mineral waters and Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. Take a walk in Borjomi Central Park and try world-famous Borjomi mineral water directly from the spring. Arrive in Bakuriani. Overnight at the hotel.
Spend your day in Bakuriani, a popular skiing destination in Georgia famous for alpine runs and pristine backcountry slopes. Bakuriani is located on the slopes of so-called Lesser Caucasus Mountains and provides its visitors a number of cross-country trails for skiing and snowboarding. Overnight at the hotel.
Free day at skiing resort. Apart from skiing, Bakuriani also offers a wide range of other winter experiences like skating, snowmobiling, horse-drawn sledges, paragliding, and breathtaking walks in the nature. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Gudauri, the mountain ski resort. Make en-route stop at Ananuri Architectural Complex, which was a residence of Dukes of Argveti region. Complex featuring churches and towers dating back to the 16th-17th centuries overlooks the beautiful Jinvali Reservoir. Reach Gudauri, which is located on southern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains on a plateau which rises 2,200 meters above the sea level. There are a total of 26 trails and pistes that range from short slalom tracks to seven km long ski runs. Highest point on the trail is at 3,276 meters above the sea level (Mt. Sadzele).
