This 3-day tour of Georgia offers a blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. You'll explore Tbilisi's landmarks, including the Metekhi Church, Narikala Fortress, and Sulphur Baths, and stroll through charming districts full of cafes and souvenir shops. On day two, journey through the picturesque Gombori Pass to Georgia's wine region, Kakheti. Visit the historic town of Telavi, the royal residence of Batonis Tsikhe, the Tsinandali estate, Bodbe Monastery, and the romantic city of Sighnaghi.

Arrival in Tbilisi. You will be met by our driver and transferred to the hotel. Check-in at 2 p.m. You will start your journey in Georgia with a Tbilisi city tour at Metekhi church and the monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Take the cable car to Narikala Fortress to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Walk down to the district of Sulphur bath houses passing by the only mosque in Tbilisi. Stroll through the Sharden area full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine-tasting bars, souvenir shops, and breath in the living past. Visit Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, and the clock tower of the famous Rezo Gabriadze Theatre. Cross the Bridge of Peace to Rike Park. In the evening, visit a local restaurant to taste dishes of traditional Georgian cuisine. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast depart towards Kakheti region of Georgia, the cradle of Georgian wine. A beautiful road lies through Gombori pass. Our first stop will be in Telavi, the administrative and historic center of the region. Have a short walk through the charming streets of old Telavi and have a photo stop at the monument to Erekli II. Visit Batonis Tsikhe which served as the residence of Kakhetian Kings between the 17th and 18th centuries. The castle encloses two churches, the ruins of a royal bathhouse, and the Persian-style Palace of King Erekle II. Drive to Tsinandali, the residence of the dukes of Georgia with a beautiful English garden, museum, and wine cellar, which belonged to Prince Chavchavadze, a 19th-century public figure and poet. Stop at Bodbe convent. As the legend says, it is the burial place of St. Nino, who converted Georgia to Christianity in the 4th century. Since 1889 Bodbe complex functions as a nunnery as per the decree of Tsar Alexander III of Russia. Continue driving to Sighnaghi, the city of love and the Royal Town. Historically, one of the crossroads of the Great Silk Road is surrounded by defensive walls with 23 towers. In the evening return to Tbilisi. Overnight at the hotel.
