The Jepson Guest House is located in the upper ecologically clean part of the city, near Gagarin and Utepov Streets.

The guest house was named after Jeppesen who created aeronautical chart. Once you get to the guest house, the world of aviation totally absorbs you. Everywhere you can see photos and models of different airplanes, and you can also watch and purchase any film from the comprehensive collection of films about the aviation, from the fly-pasts of 1920s to the state-of-the-art airplanes. 19 VIP suites with 5 standard ones are located on 3 floors of the building. All the suite rooms are equipped with separate bath-rooms, water closets, household appliances and mini-bars. The flat-type suites create true home environment.

The rooms are equipped with everything required for a long-time residence: a cooking appliance, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishware, television set, DVD and climate control air conditioners. There is a secured parking area for your car at the guest house territory. There is an exercise room, swimming pool and sauna at your service.
