Reviewed August 20, 2012I stayed in the Shers Hotel for 6 nights and the whole experience was fantastic, from the welcome to the ever so helpfull reception staff. My room was palatial, rest area, huge bedroom and en suite. My view was onto an office roof but this was rarely seen as I was on business. Alamaty is a great City to walk around and the locals are really friendly, i dont speak Kazak or Russian but I got by, next visit I shall download an app frot the smart fone. I only ate once in the restaurant and the buffet was very interesting a mix of local and international dishes. Some really nice local restaurants in the vicinity.
