The tour is offered from mid-June until mid-September.
During the 12 day Silk Road tour you will visit three countries, the most popular cities, sights and see many beautiful places that these lands are famous for. In Kyrgyzstan you will have an exciting excursion around Bishkek, driving through the mountains, slope to the passes. North-west China will come in front of you in cities of Kashgar and Urumqi, that had served and still do as main trading junctions in this region. To the end of the tour, in Kazakhstan, you will see sights of Almaty and its surroundings.

Day 1, Mo: Bishkek

Arrival in Bishkek. Transfer to the hotel. After some rest sightseeing tour: Oak Park, Ala -Too Square, Philarmonic hall, Statue of Manas, Victory Square and Oriental market – Osh bazaar. After lunch transfer to the Ala-Archa National Park (40 km). In an hour you will be in the alpine gorge through which the fast flowing Ala-Archa River runs, flanked by tall, snow-covered peaks, steep-sided, fir - forested mountain slopes and alpine meadows cowered with flowers. Hiking from the Alpine camp (2200 m) to waterfall “Ak-Sai” on 2700 m above sea level. Transfer to Bishkek. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2, Tu: Bishkek – Kochkor

Transfer to Kochkor. Visit the Burana tower on the way, which is located on the territory of Karakhanid’s capital, Balasagun. After, you will visit a felt carpet workshop in Kochkor, where you will learn how shyrdak, Kyrgyz national carpets, are woven. Family run accommodation.

Day 3, We: Kochkor – Son-Kul

Transfer to Son-Kul. Son-Kul is one of the highest lakes in Kyrgyzstan (2030 m above sea level). In this magnificent place you can see hundreds of herds and a lot of different yurts, where you will certainly be invited to have kymyz, the national drink made of fermented mare's milk with traditional bread, try other diary products and home made jam. Dinner and overnight in yurts.

Day 4, Th: Son-Kul – Naryn

Transfer to Naryn via Kurtka pass (3173 m), one of the most beautiful view in Kyrgyzstan is guaranteed. Naryn is a small town surrounded by mountains. On arrival, you have some free time. Dinner. Overnight at the guest house or home stay.

Day 5, Fr: Naryn – Tash-Rabat – Torugart – Kashgar

In the morning transfer to Tash-Rabat ( 115 km ) towards the Chinese border. Tash Rabat, Caravan Saray, built in the 11th century, served as a fortress for travelers along the Great Silk Road. This is a carefully restored stone building. It has no analogue in the whole world since it was constructed of stones and, moreover, it was built inside a mountain. After excursion, transfer to Torugart Pass. Meeting with the Chinese travel company at Kyrgyz-Chinese border. Drive to Kashgar. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6, Sa: Kashgar

City tour around Kashgar: visit Id Kah Mosque, the largest Mosque in China, and the Tomb of Yusuf Khass Hajib. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7, Su: Kashgar

Full day visiting Sunday market. The Sunday Bazaar is believed to be the largest outdoor market in the world. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8, Mo: Kashgar – Urumqi

In the morning take a flight to Urumqi. On arrival, there will be a city tour around Urumqi: you will visit the Regional museum and Red hill. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9, Tu: Urumqi – Khorgos

Full day driving to Khorgos. Overnight at a guest house.
Meals: Breakfast

Day 10, We: Khorgos – Almaty

Breakfast. Transfer to Chinese – Kazakh border. Meeting with the Kazakh travel company at the border. Transfer to Almaty. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11, Th: Almaty

The pre-departure day starts with the city tour that includes 28 Panfilov’s guardsmen park, the Cathedral church, Central State Museum, Republic Square with a monument of Independence, Muslim mosque, Kok-Tobe mountain, gorge “Medeo”. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12, Fr: Almaty – airport

Transfer to the airport. End of Silk Road Tour: Kyrgyzstan, China, Kazakhstan.
