The Premium hotel is located within the territory of an old estate, in the historic Kazan (in the administrative, business and scientific district of the 19th century). Each of the six hotel rooms is designed in European style. The suites of furniture represent the leading German and Italian furniture firms. The double beds are equipped with an expandable mechanism, in order to split a bed into two or to fix into a position for reading etc. In each room there are a mini-bar, refrigerator, TV set, hair dryer, safe, air-conditioning and shower stall.
