Roman Catholic Church, Irkutsk
In Siberian town one can meet in architecture the examples of gothic style quite rarely. One of the most striking examples of such a style, Catholic Church, is located in Irkutsk. It was built in 1881-1885 on the place of the church which was previously burnt. It refers to Neo-Gothic style. Its spires sharp as needles are turned to the sky. The center of the church is decorated with a thin tholobate topped with bright cone-shaped dome. This church is the outstanding sight of the city.
